Shipping Terms and Conditions
Shipments are made only once a week because Escapistas' headquarters is located in a rural area. We can accommodate some urgent situations—just ask us, we're nice!
During December 2025, we will ship on the 15th to try to ensure items arrive before the holidays. There will also be shipments on December 19th and 26th.
Shipping Timeframes (Business Days): Spain & Portugal: 2–5 days; Europe: 5–10 days; Rest of the world: 15–20 days.
For packaging, we prioritize recycled materials. At times, you might receive your artwork in packages that aren't overly aesthetic, but they are always well-protected. We believe packaging should follow a standard of safety for its contents, not a standard of beauty.

Sobre los envíos:
Los envíos se realizan solo un día de la semana debido a que la sede de Escapistas está en el rural. Podemos adaptarnos a algunas situaciones de urgencia, consultanos que somos majas.
Durante el mes de Diciembre de 2025 haremos envíos el día 15 para intentar que puedan llegar a destino antes de las vacaciones. Habrá también envíos el 19 y el 26 de Diciembre.
Los plazos de los envíos : 2-5 días para España y Portugal; 5-10 para Europa; 15-20 resto del mundo. (días laborables)
Para los embalajes priorizamos el reciclaje de materiales, en algunos momentos podrías recibir las obras en paquetes no demasiado aesthethic pero siempre protegidos. No creemos que el embalaje deba responder a un canon de belleza, sino a uno de seguridad para su contenido.
Lo importante está en el interior.
